I would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to stay here again. The breakfast is ideal served with local cuisine and orange juice, as for instance. Pleasant staff contributes to create family atmosphere...

The first time we stayed in Ibis Madrid was in 2009 it was difficult for us to find some one speacking French or English. But fos this stay, it was nice, some hotel staff was speaking French or and English.It was easy to ask informations.

The breakfeast was special

Super close to Suanzes metro station. Rooms are clean with a comfy shower-perfect after a long day!

The hotel must make an effort to have multicultural or multilanguage staff. They dont speak French and they speak at least a little English. Every thing is made in Spanish. But the Hotel is not for Spanish only, every one from any where can go on visit, business or vacantion

The dinner was very expensive compared to other hotels

poor wash stand cleaning, although in general room care was adequate. location on the outskirts of Madrit, but very near on a metro and bus station that serves both the airport and the city center directions.

The location suited my needs perfectly, with the metro just a couple of minutes' walk away. I found the breakfast to be quite satisfying, with fresh juice and a good selection, though the options felt repetitive after a couple of days. My room was very small, barely accommodating my luggage, with limited plug points , made charging devices a bit of a hassle. Although the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning struggled a bit during a warm spell. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. It was well-maintained and tidy. The staff were courteous and always ready to help. The bathroom facilities felt quite basic with a lack of toiletries. It's a decent option if you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation, but some improvements in room amenities and variety in breakfast would go a long way.

our room was beautifully maintained, luxury and equipped with a good buffett breakfast, the bathroom. very central location of this low cost hotel was a bonus.

Reasonably large rooms with a big bathroom. Efficient check-in, parking on-site.

Clean room and excellent location next to a metro station made getting around super easy.

Cheerful hotel in an ideal location in a quiet neighborhood, exceptionally nice personal. Location right by the city center, the city centre by public transport or taxi, and the metro station of suanzes.
